Try all until you get it!
If you're not getting what you're looking for, keep trying, keep trying, and keep failing until you get it! That's how it works and it's the number's game! You just have keep trying and one of the trials will work ;-).

What do you want from life?
Have you ever asked yourself what it is that you want from life? Step a side and ask yourself this question!! This will help give you direction so you work towards it/them.
Then, write down on a piece of paper what it is you want and stick it to your wall so you see it everyday. You get reminded about your goal and you start your day with that in mind :)
Good luck :)

When things go wrong ;-)
When something good goes away, it may mean that it meant to happen so that something better could come along!

Stand up for what you believe in
Don't be afraid to stand up for yourself and what you believe in! I admire people who challenge the norm and stand up for something they believe in even when others don't believe in them!
If you believe in it so much, you will do it, you'll get there, regardless of what others think!
One lesson I've learned from Simon Dixon's book, Student to CEO - where others see failure you see opportunity. So, when others think your belief/idea is useless or idiotic, remember - because it sounds strange, "different", and different from the norm, it's then an opportunity. You're thinking of something that others don't see - they follow the expected path and what seems normal!
So the Lesson: stand up for what you believe, dare to be different, and where others think 'it's impossible' you see it as an opportunity!
Love and good luck :)

Balance your life!
Don't put 90% of your energy into 1 thing i.e. work! Balance out your energy and think about other areas of your life like family, social, fun, friends, values, sports, love, passion and more!

Stay positive!
If things don't work out, don't stay negative. It's OK to feel sad and down at the time but don't let it get to you. This is because you can't change time and so staying sad won't change anything but hurting you more! So....What you can do is stay positive and do what you need to do get whatever it is working whether it is fighting with your family member, failing at something or etc.
Stay positive because at the end of the day you're doing everything to be happy :).

If it doesn't work out the first time, doesn't mean it's over!
I notice that when people don't get invited for an interview, be given a job, or just don't achieve their goals, they quit!
Just because you didn't get in doesn't mean it's over! There are many things that don't work the first time, second time, third time, fourth time and more, but this doesn't mean that you should give up your hope!!! You need to be PERSISTENT! The successful people I know didn't pass their first round of attempt (whether it was applying for an internship, a job, tests, wanting love, etc).
So.....my advice is, don't think it's over just because it didn't work out the first or second time! Remember, those who are successful are the ones who try and try and try until they get what they want! There is no 'ifs' and 'buts' - I believe that NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE!
So...Good luck :)

My 10k Run for UNICEF
I'm participating in UNICEF's 10k Run to raise money for vulnerable children around the world. The run takes place on May 27th, 2013 at The Mall street by Saint James's Park. Minimum sponsorship is £350 but I'm raising £1,000 to save more children and go beyond expectation.
It makes me feel good to know that I am making a difference in this world. One of my biggest passion is to help make this world a better place including saving children, reducing poverty, preventing hunger and many more!
Do you have any similar passion?? Why don't you get involved too! It's very easy! It just needs some courage and dedication! I'm sure it'll make you feel great once you do it - it gives you a sense of achievement and knowing that you have made a difference in this world! I also believe that it'll give you the courage you need for your future!
Don't forget to make your donation to help me raise £1,000 for UNICEF - please click on the link below where it'll take you to my UNICEF's fund-raising site where you can make your donation!

Friends
The more friends you have the happier you are. Stay in touch with them: call them, text them, Facebook them or initiate some form of contact. Show them that you care about them, show them that you are there. Even a short text or a quick call can remind them that you do think about them. Imagine when you do a get a text or a call from a friend! How does that make you feel? There you go!
Don't wait and say: "Oh, why should I contact them first!" No, it doesn't matter! I'm sure once you initiate the contact, next time they'd do it :).
Don't feel like you're alone, you have friends and people that care about you, you just need to let them know that you are here and actively maintain your friendship.
Arrange to meet up - for a coffee, drinks, dinner, movies, runs, or anything! Talk about your life and anything to them...express your feelings! It's always nice when you meet up with friends and chat! It really changes your mood! Friends make you laugh and so you're happier!
So.....What are you going to do today??? Contacting you friends and arranging to meet up :).
Cheers,
Sam

Have a "Happy" Day!
What are some of the things that govern your daily life? Can I suggest one??
Make every person you can come across smile whether it's a colleague at work or the tube station officer. This can include anything from telling them a story that makes them laugh to even a "Hello, How are you?". It keeps people happy and could even make someone's day! You are happier too if you are happy with people :).

Don't give up!
When things go wrong, don't give up! Keep going until you achieve your goal. Don't stress out, keep calm and break your problem into pieces and start solving bits by bits - this psychologically makes it easier! If things didn't go wrong then everything would have been easy and there would be no sense of accomplishment. And everyone would have done it. This is the time that differentiates you from others - because when things go wrong people give up but if you don't, you'll eventually reach your goal and at the end of the day you are the one who did it ;-)!
Try this every time you run into problems.
Enjoy the pictures and notes below - hope they inspire you!
