Today's lesson - Solving Problems!

If you face a problem, don't panic and don't jump to it. Sit back and think what the best way is to solve this problem. This way you have given it some thoughts, which means that your solution can be good. Also, you're not stressed or worried as to what to do - you're now relaxed thinking about a solution. If you continue to do this every time you face a problem, you won't panic when there's a problem and so you're going to solve it easier and better! This method is especially helpful for those who are scared of problems, are impatient and tend to panic when there's a problem!
